These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase from Blue Skies Peptides ("we", "us"), whether you order on our website, through one of our sellers, or in person. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Research use only
Every product we sell is intended solely for laboratory, in-vitro research and analytical purposes by qualified individuals. Our products are:
- Not for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, or any form of use in or on a person or animal.
- Not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any use.
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
We do not provide dosing, usage, or medical information, and nothing on this website or from our staff or sellers should be taken as such. Product descriptions are limited to specifications (identity, amount, purity, form, lot, and storage).
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for legitimate research purposes, that you have the knowledge to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will store, handle, and dispose of them in line with applicable laws and safe laboratory practice.
We may refuse or cancel any order, without explanation, including any order where we believe the products may be used for human or animal consumption, where the buyer appears to be under 21, or where we cannot verify payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to buying, owning, and using our products where you are.
- You may not resell our products for human or animal use, or describe them to others as suitable for such use.
- You agree to give accurate name, contact, and shipping details.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are reviewed by hand and are not confirmed until we verify your payment. Discounts and codes cannot be combined unless we say otherwise, and we may correct pricing errors before an order ships.
5. Shipping and pickup
Shipping, pickup, and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier, or when you collect it at pickup.
6. Refunds
Cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback; we will work with you to make it right.
7. Product information
We work to describe products accurately. Specifications such as purity are provided for research reference, and lot-specific documentation is supplied where available. Product images may be illustrations.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, products are provided "as is" for research use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of our products, including any use in humans or animals, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
