This Privacy Policy explains what information Blue Skies Peptides ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address or pickup location, the products you order, and any note you add.
- Payment confirmation: the payment method you chose and the screenshot of your payment you upload. We do not receive or store your card or bank account numbers.
- Account details (if you create an account): your email, a securely stored password, and the details you choose to save.
- Seller information: if you came through a seller's link or chose a salesman at checkout, we record which seller helped you.
- Messages you send us by email.
How we use it
- To process, verify, ship, and support your orders, and to send order emails (received, paid, shipped, cancelled).
- To keep business, tax, and accounting records, and to credit sellers for their sales.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Sale, and comply with the law.
We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the shop, and only for that purpose:
- Website hosting and security (Cloudflare).
- Our database, file storage, and customer logins (Supabase).
- Order emails (Resend).
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Authorities, if required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a few small items on your own device so the site works: your cart, your age confirmation, a seller link you used (for 30 days), and your sign-in if you have an account.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including payment screenshots, as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. Account holders can update their saved details at any time from "Sign in" on the shop.
Security
Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Order information and payment screenshots are stored privately and can only be seen by us. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Age
Our site is only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
